All articles presented in the conference only will be recommended for possible publication in the journals.


  • Processing of articles will be as per journal guidelines.
  • The link to submit the article will be mailed to the corresponding author or registered author after presenting the paper in conference.
  • One article (research or review) can be communicated to the journal by the author for single registration.
  • Without second registration or consent from the organizing team, the author cannot communicate the second article to the journal, if found the second article will be rejected in the technical stage.
  • One author can submit maximum two articles (irrespective of author position) for publication after getting consent from the organizing team.
  • If author opt for open access, then author has to meet the publication guidelines.
  • APC of selected journal has to be accepted by the author.

PEER REVIEW PROCESS

Each submitted manuscript will receive a unique paper id. The manuscripts will be initially screened to check for the conference scope and originality. All the submitted manuscripts will be sent for technical peer review process and the corresponding author will be notified the outcome of the review process. ICWEE 2026 adopts single blind review process. If reviewers recommended for further improvements in the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within 15 days on the date of notification. The final decision on the manuscript will be announced after the third round of evaluation by the technical program committee.
